On June 8th, the moment had come. Our timepiece was officially accepted into the largest Swiss watch museum, as the World’s First Asphalt Watch.

La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland – On June 8th, 2023, history was made as COBLOR’s inaugural model, the NÜRBURGRING ASPHALT 1, was officially admitted to the Musée International d’horlogerie – the largest and most prestigious watch museum in Switzerland. The watch made from racetrack asphalt, a daring and unique concept by COBLOR, garnered recognition and admiration for its distinctiveness.

The ceremony at the museum was an unforgettable moment. Surrounded by an impressive fleet of 49 Ferraris from the Ferrari Club Deutschland, the NÜRBURGRING ASPHALT 1 shone brightly in the spotlight it deserved. The presence of President Walter Ben Dörrenberg and the Ferrari enthusiasts emphasized the significance of this event and added a touch of prestige.

For COBLOR, it was a great honor to have the Ferrari Club Deutschland and Concepto, the renowned manufacture working with world-famous brands like BVLGARI, Jacob & Co., and Louis Monet, by their side on this momentous day..

The Musée International d’horlogerie in the watchmaking city of La Chaux-de-Fonds opened its doors to include the exceptional NÜRBURGRING ASPHALT 1 in its unique collection. For over a century, the museum has documented the fascinating world of watchmaking and has now added COBLOR’s masterpiece to its treasures.
